Question about HP PSC 1350 All-In-One Thermal Printer
Thanks for using FixYa. To start with clean the print head. To clean the print head take a hot water towel with the printer unplugged and the cartridges out, clean it till the time you see there is no ink residue on the towel. If still the issue is not resolved the please check this link for "check print cartridge error".Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or post a comment for further assistance.

The message is to tell you the cartridge is out of ink and needs to be replaced if it has been replaced you need to go into the menu and clear the error count to let the printer know it has new ink
