Question about Canon PIXMA iP4600 Color InkJet Photo Printer
I have a Canon Pixma K30231 Printer _ problem - wast Ink absorber full - local computor agents don't know how to fix this - what can I do?

The waste ink absorber is a component deep inside the printer. Once is is sensed as "FULL" it autonatically sends a lock-down command to the printer to prvent spillage and damage. It cannot be "cleared" like some error codes can because it is not an error but a status from normal use. You will have to take the printer to an authorized Canon service center to replace the absorber and reset the printer. Only other option is to buy another printer.
