Hi

I am trying to sync my LG Ke800 with my computer I have installed all the drivers but when I try to connect the phone it just comes up with unknown error.

I really need this to work as all my business contacts are on here and the screen has just stopped working!!!!

i bought my lg ke800, couple of months ago, how comw i cannot recieve any mms, txs msg is fime, only the mms, picture messages. i need help

My KE800 will not play the acc files out of my itunes library, I am having to convert them to MP3. Also I read that the phone would plat 3g2 formated video but I can't get that to work either. Any ideas?

Hello Gareth 1981,

I had the same problem. If you go under Settings -> Connectivity -> USB Connections, there are two choices: Data Service & Mass Storage. For synching, you have to switch it to Data Service. Let me know if this helped.
