Question about Computers & Internet
The first thing to try is to reinstall your browser ..or install a new one ...I suspect that you have a key-log (a virus that hacks your data) on your computer ..and redirect your logs..so ...try to install a new browser and see if it works...(if yo only use IE ..it may have been damaged on update to 7 or 8 ..)
so ..this is the link where you can install Mozilla Firefox..but you can use any browser you think of..as long you install it clean ..
ex..comet bird....or google chrome ..or ..whatever..I will link them here anyway
..to make your Exporer work again try to go to control panel ..add remove software ..and uninstall it ..it will actually roll back to a previous version and if the issue was from update it will work again ..
But ..to be sur e..try to reinstall your computer as soon as you can ..and add security password on it ...to restrict access unwanted ..if it is a key-log as I suspect ..it is a very dangerous and usually it is installed manually ..so it is someone that had access on the computer ..

Delete all your browser's cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tool > Internet Options > Delete Cookies
Or download and install a different browser. Firefox is a nice one. You may download it here www.firefox.com
