Question about OKI C5100n Laser Printer
I just changed the black drum in my printer. Now it prints okay on the left side of the page but the letters start getting darker and start to bleed toward the right side.
Remove the toner cartridge and drum assembly together. Gently rock the assembly from end to end, as when installing a new toner cartridge. Then put the assembly back in place. This procedure worked for me. I'm guessing that I must have laid the toner and/or drum on its side, or perhaps upside down, when I was replacing the drum, and this was responsible for the problem.
