I just install my window from cd but now i dont hav cds for window.i didnt install audio driver in my pc.how can i insatll from internet???

Go to the website of *********** board brand and download the drivers.

You didnt install the drivers for audio. You should install the drivers in the cd given with the motherboard.

you can check you motherboard and find smallest chip near PCI sloat and then see chip no. and download this chip driver from CD or Internet

if you find *********** board cd then go to audio and install the setup.exe

With your bios version i guess it is a 945 chipset motherboard.

Make sure to update XP or Vista, completly. Including all service packs. In many cases that may very well solve the issue. If not, try to install the recommended driver from HP after all the updates are performed. There is a free app called Driver Cleaner on Guru3d.com and solves many driver issues.

You can choose the correct driver to clean within the driver cleaner app. Reboot after cleaning and then let windows detect the sound card/device. Windows may ask where a driver is located, choose cancel.
Run your install app for the driver that you got from HP. If this does not help, I will be glad to explain on how to manually install a device driver.
