Question about Philips DVP3140
I need to program the DVP3140 device to work with a Comcast On-Demand Universal remote, but the codes Comcast suggested do not work, and the search function yielded nothing as well. Any advice?
Since the codes that Comcast gave you did not work, there is a very high possibility that the remote control is not compatible with the DVD player. You cannot expect universal remote control to work with all devices, regardless of its make. Philips does not have codes for this DVD player because it is the maker of the universal remote control that sets the codes.
