For that first if cam driver is installed in computer then uninstall it.
for that press windows key +R so you can see run then type in run "devmgmt.msc" without "" then press ok then you can see device manager.
Then uninstall crystal eye driver if it show then if you don't have driver disk then you can download driver from below link.
Click on above link and select windows 7 os and download crystal eye cam driver then install it then cam works fine.
