My hp pro l7680 says that the ink cartirdges are missing or damaged, but I have replaced them. What can I do?

You need to replace the Yellow cartridge
with a new one couse the old one either
has expire or has problem with the chip
on cartridge

the yellow cartridge is '' Y" and not K , you have a problem with the black carteidge "K" replace the black and tell me what is the new message, i will help you. i'm online

I have the same problem, but only with an original HP OEM cartridge that replaces the generic (which worked fine but is empty- if I put it in the error goes away- but can

I have a hp 7580 printer. Recently changed ink cartridges, almost immediately afterwards, i received an error code stating the printhead needed replacing. I changed the printhead as directed, rebooted to...


Normal 0 Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
