Question about Insignia Televison & Video
Just bought a used DVD Insignia portable player and it didn't come with a manual. I hit the power button and the Insignia logo comes on the screen and then goes black????
Is there a magic button or something?
Just to the right of the source button there is what appears to be a recessed small button (approx 1/8"dia). It is a safety stud for an internal safety switch. If the small stud is set to deep the screen will shut off. It should be just about flush with the surface of the player. Mine was visibly crooked and jammed down almost inside. Pulled it up, made minor adjustment and the player works just fine.
