Unplug the solenoid valve from the bottom of the power supply and plug it directly into a wall outlet. That should actuate the valve to release the air. If that doesn't work you will need to replace the valve. Good luck.

Would Need a make and model for the unit, but what I found that sometimes for expedience and cost I would take my pads to my local upholstery shop and they would get it done quickly.
