it seems that your window is crashed so you have to frist boot your window in safe. when you press power button to ON your computer then press f8 it will show you safe mode after when your systems start in safe mode then reinstall unused software from add remove program . clear temp file, prefetch . in can come in run and write %temp% and hit enter and delete all temp file. for prefetch -write prefetch in run and clear all. if you download any suspious software so remove it from download then shut down your computer and then POWER on after 5 Minute then your system will work fine

Kernel32.dll can be a problem, so my pc taking too much time to shut down

CAUSE:
Certain HP services (and associated DLL files) were somehow partially/improperly installed. (Possibly, from a previous failed install?)
The Windows services (files) were:
Pml Driver HPZ12 (C:\Windows\System32\HPZipm12.dll)
Net Driver HPZ12 (C:\Windows\System32\HPZinw12.dll)
The existence of these 2 files in the System32 directory was causing this error in my situation. Somehow, the installation script was not identifying that these files were already installed (or improperly installed) and failing to properly set them to be installed again.
SOLUTION:
Steps:
1) Check to make sure that the 2 Windows services above are not running (or not installed).
2) Rename/delete the 2 associated service DLL files (this will only be possible once the services are stopped)
3) Run the installation again.

run uninstall L1 L2 L3 L4(if not an hp computer).
run same uninstall l1l2l3l4 from 7z..folder or hp folder from temp if availalbe.
then clean from add remove programs/program and features.
then clean from cleanup utility all hp pritner related entries.
then clean temp folder. clean recycle bin.
delete c:\program files\hp and hewlett packard folders (if not an hp computer). on hp computer delete digital imaging bin folders.
delete following folders from following locations-
C:\windows\System32\Spool\Printers and deleted entries inside it
C:\windows\System32\Spool\drivers\w32x86\*.* deleted entries inside it
C:\windows\twain_32.

cleanup from regsitry--
plz make back up for registry first.
>> hklm/system/current control set/control/print/environment/windowsNT(x86/64)/drivers + processors delete all pritner entries from there.
>> hklm/system/current control set/enum/usb/vid_000,vid_003 delete.

Please install microsoft UAA driver first.

Probably I've solved the problem.
You have to work on Windows Prefetch.
Download Windows XP Prefetch Clean and Control (from www.majorgeeks.com/download2495.html).
Launch this program.
Select the option "Clean Prefetch Folder Now" and "Monitor boot file launch only (Recommended)". Then select the buttons "Set Prefetch Parameters" and "Exit".
Restart your pc.

Low space


Have you tried clearing the "Temp" and the "Prefetch" folders?
Go to Start -> Run

Type - "temp" (without the quotes) in the run dialog and delete all files with Shift+Delete.
Repeat the same operation with the prefetch folder. (Type prefetch instead of temp now)

It should be able to clear just a few MBs.

Also, I would recommend uninstalling any unwanted software that you may have installed on your system.

Also, as it is evident from your above post, you have been saving a lot of stuff in the My Documents folder. I would hereby recommend saving large files on the C Drive(D) drive so a balance would be maintained.
