Go to and download the manual for the KL-7000 label printer. The instructions are essentially the same as for the KL-1500 allowing for physical differences.

Cutter Cartridge

A tape cutter cassette (cartridge) for the Casio KL750B label maker may be purchased only from the Casio parts department. It is part number "TN1". Call 1-800-223-2001, hours are M-F, 9-5, Eastern time. Cost as of today is $3.50 + 4.95 S&H + applicable tax. They are on back order 3-5 weeks.

Hope this helps.

Changing print size

Occasionally mine does the same thing. Try pulling the batteries out for 5 minutes, replace and try again. If that doesn't work then test to see if the *2* button works on its own as well as the Function button. If either one of them doesn't then it?s just a simple button failure. Probably not economically repairable since replacements can be had for $35 or so ....
