Hi,
Check for an obstruction in the hose...most likely you have something stuck in there causing the vacum not to work...

One pointer that can help between uses is running water through the lines. First, put clean water in both tanks and set your unit to the heavy traffic setting for one pass. This will flush out any cleaning formula in the lines so your spray tips won't get build-up between uses, which can lead to a lack of dispensing the cleaning formula.

No soap is coming out of the wand

Most likely it is clogged with old detergent residue. These get plugged when the old solution sets in the line and dries out and hardens. you will need to clean the lines out, you may have to disconnest them and run hot wather thru them to clean out. Always run pure water through the attatchments and clean after using cleaning solution to clean out the lines before storing.

Want to rmove sludge, organics from pod wihout rmoing the water

You may need to develop a centrifuge in line with your intake to throw off water, or a screened water take up which will drain back to your source, but it must be sealed while running.
Central vacs have an optional water pickup device that works in line for spills . I do not like these but the concept could help your scenario. The idea is that there is a short hose, then an inline pail with a drop bucket for the water and a flow thru intake and out port to the actual vac piping so the air can continue thru to the vac without carrying the water into the wall. Gravity makes the water drop and allows the air to continue down the vac line, but the sealed pail ensures you have continuous suction.
In your case you would have to rig a shutoff float as well. Look up a company called VACUMAX on the INTERNET. I think they might be of help as well if they are still in business, around Elmira Ontario, Canada

My bissell pro heat 2X will not work, no water or solution comes out, what can I do?

I think the instructions should have the user rinse the solution passage with water. The soap probably clogged your spray nozzles. I had the same problem, I used a toothpick to poke to hole open again. The solution sprays only. I can't figure out why the water is not spraying out though.

Water will not suck back up

Either the tank isn't sitting square, or there is a oblong seal that should be on the top of the clear window, it seals the top to the edge of the tank. If missing, it won't suck up water. Also sound like it nees to be cleaned out, run a solution of water and vinegar thru it to clean out the lines.

The heater may be plugged, Take out the 2 long screws and remove handle, there are 2 screws near the bottom just under the cord wrap, then the front of the handle asm. will come off. The heater is there, put off the hoses(don't mix up) and check the opening going into the heater. One or both is clogged up not allowing water to flow thru. Put it all back together and it should work, Running a mix of water and vinegar will rinse out the lines before putting the machine up after using it.
