Try pressing the reset switch. should be a pencil tip sized hole on either the face or the subpanel. barring that you can try disconnecting power to the radio for a few minutes.

Pioneer DEH-P4100 volume is noticeably lower when listening to the radio. Volume normal listening to CD, Aux and USB. Small external amp controlling sub but that shouldn't affect tuner. What ya think?

The tuner feed is at lower level than other sources. Happens. Unit may have a control for this internally and you might want to check it out with manufacturer of unit.

How can I get my car radio unstuck from one station?

Try disconnecting the negative ground (-) cable from the battery. That will disconnect power to everything including your radio. It might reset it self when you restore power by reconnect the negative ground cable to the battery.

if all you need to do is get the cd out there is a small hole in the foront of the unit just big enoufe for a papper clip just stratien one out and put it in the hole but if you want to fix your unit then you will have to take the face plate apart get the soda out of the face plate i always use glass cleaner and cotton swabs for this just make shure you get any and all residue off before you put it back togethr and make shure you clean the rubber pads under the buttons and you should be good to go

Malfunction

Check none of the buttons are stuck in. Try pressing the reset button. I think it is bottom right and recessed in a hole. The unit should be on and you'll need something pointy like a pen or toothpick. If you cant find the reset button, disconnect the car battery for a minute or two. If that doen't work, then it will probably need repair.
