The problem you are having is that the servier name isn't valid. This is because the free Yahoo email is a webmail access service, and doesn't have POP support built in. Most external programs expect POP and do not know how to deal with webmail. If you want to keep using Yahoo mail there answer is to charge you for their Mail Plus service which you can check out at this address:

There are other ways to get around this issue. If you use the email service that your ISP provided you with you will be okay to use external programs. You can also use any of the following email services all of which will work with POP: Gmail, AOL, or Windows Live email (formerly called Hotmail). Depending on how long you've had your Yahoo mail this may dictate what your next step will be. Remember that they will only forward your email for as long as you pay for the service.
