Blackberry 8330, when I try to enter my password to access my phone, it does not show the usual "****" and it won't accept my password. I have only 1 attemp left before it locks my phone.

Hello, you must unlock your blackberry network before you can use that phone at India. To unlock your blackberry network you must have blackberry curve 8330 unlock code for ALLTEL network and you can get that code from ALLTEL or you can buy from third party sites. After you have blackberry unlock code, follow the instruction from your source to enter that code in your phone. If unlocking process sucessfull your blackberry can accept any network card from your country.

You can try this solution to unlock blackberry curve 8330 password but you can't save your data. Type any password 10 times and it will erase all your previous data, after your blackberry unlocked you can create your own password.

only solution is to enter password wrong 10 times, beware by doing this you will loose all your phone contacts messages etc. then it will wipe the handset and ask for new password.

enter 10time wrong code your phone will be master rested and all data will be erased

just enter blackberry and after a certain times of getting the password wrong the phone will reset itself and you can enter a new password for your phone.

There isn't a way around the password on the device. If he enters in the incorrect password 10 times the device should wipe itself, and take the password off. He will lose any unsaved data, though.

If he got a backup on the computer then he will be able to restore it back to its normal state.

I had the same problem a while ago you need to set the "key stores" password you do this by going to options select security the select key stores and when your in there hit the blackberry button on your keypad and then select "change password" then enter your password you want then you should be good to go next time you connect your phone to your computer because you just enter that password you did there on the computer and then you're all done!

You will have 10 chances to enter the password ...
if you are done with 10 chances it says to enter blackberry to continue instead of enter password as it usually does.your phone will wipe all the data and will restore to its factory setitngs .........
Note : You will not be able to take backup ......

1. Insert any sim card
2. Turn off all of the wireless connections
3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM Card
6. Hit menu select show keyboard (if your BlackBerry have touchscreen)
7. Type "mepd" ( you will not be able to see what you are typing )
8. Type "mep2" or "mep4" ( you will not be able to see what you are typing )
9. Now the phone will prompt you to enter the mep code
10. if you not already have the code, then i recommend BlackBerryMEP.COM to get it from .
11. Enter the mep code ( you should see "code accepted" )
12. Restart your BlackBerry .
