A common problem. Only way to fix is take it to a repair shop to have the oil pump replaced.

The bar/chain oiler has stopped working. What to check? Yes there is oil in the saw. If I have to replace parts, how do I remove the clutch?

Just an idea, but I would remove the bar and back flush the oiling port hole with some air pressure. Then if you are able to get the line and pump clear, I would flush out the old oil.

Could you maybe have got some sawdust into the oil reservoir?

RESET THE GUARD AT YOUR LEFT HAND. THERE IS A GUARD AT THE TOP OF THE HANDLE THAT KICKS WHEN THE CHAIN COMES OFF.THAT SHOULD DO IT. GOOD LUCK.
