I have white kitchen cupboards. What color should the wall be and what color for the back splash. No window in the kitchen.

Bear in mind that the splashback will be with you for a fairly long time, so pick a colour that will last and not bore you. Also if the splashback goes behind the hob make sure that you pick a shade which won't show grease marks too easily. As far as the wall colour is concerned, pick something that will tone with the splashback but is maybe a couple of shades darker. You can always change the wall colour in a year or so if you want to.

HI, I set my camera for Tungston bulbs which I use to shoot art. The images come out very brown. I can fix them in Photoshop but why is this happening?

try taking the shots with the camera set to daylight and or on auto colour balance.
daylight is 5600. k or if you like rather blue tungsten light is normally 3200 k. k stands for kelvin as in colour temperature. many digital cameras will sort out the colour for you but make sure that you are not using a mixture of light as this will confuse the colour saturation and give you all sorts of colour problems. what are you trying to photograph anyway. the back ground area must be lit for detail or you will get a blue noisy mess that tends to mess up the over all exposure. you need defused light for the best easy results. tell me more so i can understand your problem better

HP D4160 printing only in b & w. Changed color cartridge. Have I messed up a setting somewhere?

yes you must have messed up the setting try change the cartridge i mean swap it, black for colour and colour for black, if it does not work, then make sure you bought the right one check the numbers of the one you changed, if its thesame, then return the catridge there must be a factory error or the catridge is a fake one. thanks
