Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

to get the message center number follow the steps below...

1. call to your network provider customer care
2. ask them for the message center number
3. note down the message center number
4. insert that message center number in the message settings

SOURCE: i can't receive picture messages

you can go to www.motorola.com and submit a request to receive assistance. simply go to "contact us", enter your contact information, then your issue. you can also call their support line and get free support. most likely, your phone needs to be re-programmed. OR, you could simply try a master reset (if you haven't already).
