Power off the printer, pop the lid open, pull the toner out, and reach for the paper jammed and pull gently till all comes out, replace toner, cover lid and power on and you are done.

Carefully pull any visible paper out and restart printer by unplugging power and plugging back in again. If this don't work you need to open it and clean properly looking for any stuck paper or dirt. It may be just blocked sensor. Good luck

If you are getting correct test page without errors, simply unplug your printer's USB Connection from PC. uninstall Printer drivers and software. restart PC.. Re-Install New Copy of Drivers and Software.. THEN PLUG THE PRINTER USB CABLE TO PC.. try printing after proper driver is installed..

Stocked paper in my hp laserjet 1010

Depending on how tight or wrapped inside machine, You may try to open rear of machine and pull out the paper jam SLOWLY making sure you do not tear the paper where it can not be easy to get to.

Paper jam problam

no the tefflon is not fitted properly as you again open the printer and clean the tefflons upper side as any of the greece substance is got stuck up on the tefflon to cause this problem.also clean the pressor roller of orange/red colour with the isoprophyl and then slowly rub the liquid with very dry tissue.your pressure roller is perfectly alright as this paper jam problem comes very often after the tefflon is changed if it is not fitted and cleaned properly.
