Question about HP Pavilion F1523 15" LCD Monitor
Your computer is not able to "see" the monitor. Try going into the BIOS settings when u first turn on the computer by pressing F1 or whatever key your computer uses to enter "SET UP". Then, select the F key that will "load default settings". Then, press F10 to "save and exit" and press enter to confirm. If that doesn't work, you either have a bad/incompatable monitor or a problem with connections or the video card or port.
