The only thing you could do is get in area with better signal coverage or change the Internet Service Provider to the one that have stronger signal in your area. Good Luck

When something from facebook takes a long time to download are you using gigs of sprint allowance?

Not gigs, certainly. A video could eat up a lot of MB, but otherwise, Web pages are pretty compact.

Phones are often not that quick at rendering pages. Also, you might look at the bars you're getting, and whether you're 3G or 4G; you may just be too far from the nearest tower, or the nearest tower is bogging down.

RE: 3G wireless broadband. my computer runs slow when i download videos. could my 3G stick beweak or is it my server which is Mobi PCS be at fault?

3G is not a very fast way to watch video. The bandwidth is not wide enough. The standard bandwidth for 802.1 g is 54mbps the usually obtained bandwidth is in the region of 1mbps. This speed is good enough for a small screen resolution video. But for a larger screen resolution it is no way near fast enough. It is not your stick or your computer. it is just that you are using the wrong data transfer system for the job.

Could you please send me the link where can I download msi 7309 K9N6GM2-V's drivers( video drivers). Please help me to have these drivers. Thaks, Subhash

If you mentioned the Operating System, I could help you better, anyway, here are few download links..
1. Windows 7 and Vista (32-bits)
2. Windows 7 and Vista (64-bits)
3. Windows xp 32-bit
4. Windows xp 64-bit
Open one of the above links (which is suitable for your operating system) and click one of the country's name button nearest to you, eg. if you are in the u.s. click "U.S" or if you are in Asia or India, etc.. click "Asia" or if you are somewhere in Europe, click "Europe" and follow the onscreen instructions.
Let me know if you need further help.
Good Luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.

Video is sporadic. Will work at first but if any

This Presario uses the 256 MB dedicated ATI Mobility Radeon X600 Video Display card according to the manufacture's website. Also this system came from HP with Windows XP or Windows Vista.

This may be a driver issue. Dealing with video driver issues can be difficult, but there are tools that can help.

If you are using Windows, boot into Safe Mode by pressing the "F8" key during initial startup. You will be presented with the option screen with many choices. Pick Safe Mode without networking.

After a second, Windows will boot into Safe Mode. From there go to the Control Panel and then to Add Remove Programs (XP) or Programs (Vista & Windows 7). Find the program(s) from ATI including

- ATI Software Uninstall Utility
- ATI Catalyst Control Center
- ATI Display Driver

These may prompt you to reboot after each removal, please select a manual reboot, or reboot at a later time.

Once all the ATI items have been removed, restart the computer. The system will reboot and it will load a generic driver. The screen may look different as the resolution has changed. This is normal.

Go to Softpedia and download Driver Cleaner to finish removing the drivers as they are still cached in the system. The link is here at

Install and run this tool to finish the removal of the cached ATI Driver files. The screen may flicker, this is normal.

After completing the installation, restart the machine again.

When the reboot has completed go to ATI to obtain the latest driver here at:

NOTE: If you are using Vista, please make sure to obtain the correct driver for the 32 bit or 64 bit operating systems. This information can be found by right clicking on "Computer" in the Start Menu, then selecting "Properties". Once this is up there will be displayed the related information on your system. Look specifically for "System Type" and it will read "32-bit Operating System" or "64-bit Operating System"

(Windows XP)

(Vista 32 Bit)

(Vista 64 Bit)

Select the Catalyst Software Suite. It is a large file and will require time to down load. Save the file to the computer. Once you have it you will need to run it. Installation will run then ask to reboot.

Reboot your system.

You may notice again the screen flickers. This is normal and the machine may also be slow for the first few mins after reboot. After a few minuets have passed you can adjust the screen resolution by right clicking on empty space on the desktop and selecting "Properties" (XP), then the "Settings" tab or "Screen Resolution" (Vista). The factory specs for the Presario are WXGA+ (1440x900) max resolution.

After adjusting resolution I suggest going to getting the latest version of DirectX (DX 9c Feb 2010) from Microsoft here at

This may also be a large file depending on what the installer needs and will require time to download.

This should complete the driver installation.

The Driver Cleaner tool can be removed now form the computer.

Download speeds on mobile centro

Your download speed on Sprint will depend on whether or not you are on Sprint's 3G network or 2.5G network. On Sprint 3G you should get 100kbps or better download (which is more than fast enough for mobile browsing). On 2.5G it will be more like 20-30kpbs. You can tell from the data icon at the top of the screen whether or not you are registered on Sprint's 3G network.
