Make sure you don't have any spyware or viruses on the laptop because that will cause some keystrokes not to register cause memory may be taken up by viruses or spyware.

Run your viruscan to make sure it removes any spyware or viruses that might be on the laptop. Also make sure you don't have alot of programs running in the background. A good indication is if you have alot of icons in the bottom right hand corner of the screen where the time is located. If you do, disable then and see if the keyboard responds better.

If you do all of this and some of the keystrokes are still not responding, then that means the keyboard is bad and would need to be replaced.

Dear sir/mam I have a sony vaio vgn fj270 laptop,3 days ago small amount of sprite spilled overthe key board and aome of the keys became stuck, a professional cleaned the keyboard unffortunately something...

There is not so much that could be done to repair a keyboard. Disassemble the laptop, check the ribbon cable connecting the keyboard to the motherboard. If the ribbon cable is loose, tighten it. If it is tight, replace the keyboard with a new one

Dvd drive isnt working, properties said everything was ok, even tried un-installing and re-installing it but still wont read anything

What happens when you insert a DVD/CD? If inserting one immediately locks the laptop, and you have already tried uninstalled and reinstalling the drive, its time to purchase another DVD drive for your laptop.

Keyboard problem: multiple letters when one is pressed

sorry but even a small amount of liquid can work its way under the keys. you could try getting a can of compressed air to dissipate the liquid that has seeped under the keys, if not then you will need a new keyboard or take the keyboard apart
