I suggest you contact Webroot support supplying your registration. Although it is often difficult to entirely remove Webroot without using special tools from the Webroot site, I am uncertain what might remain of the prior installation and indeed any installation file and installation key. I would have at my disposal and email confirmation you received when installing the product. Use your email search capability. I take it you currently are without antiviral protection and suggest you limit your use until you get your installation back. Of course, you could install something else until then but then that would have to be disabled and removed before you reinstalled Webroot. You might opt to call them on the phone. I don't know if your version is one provided via Spectrum cable services or not but if it is, that might be another route to reinstallation. https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support
