If the printer is stand alone (i.e. has a RJ45 port) ... plug it into the router.

Printer will not print or copy.......all ink cartridges are fine....just stopped printing


Sounds like it lost connection to the wireless router. I believe the manual calls for unplugging the unit for 2-3 minutes and then plugging it back in and powering up. The unit should reset and the blue wireless button should be back on. I would go to the task bar and pull up the printer and highlight any jobs still listed an cancel any print jobs still in the que and then try to print again.

Printer is not printing; just uinstalled new cartridges


try to run cartridge allignment and print test page. you can use either in the software tools from your pc or from the printer panel itself.
