Question about Keurig B60 Coffee Maker
Th coffee gathers in the area just above the pod. Only a very small quantity goes into the cup. I cleaned the removable cup but this didn't help. The used pods only have one hole on the bottom. I called Keurig and they had me stick a paper clip up the three holes on the lid. Still doesn"t work I suspect that the device that punctures the pod isn"t going down far enough but I can't tell why.
The K-cup is punctured at the top and at the bottom.
you can take a corkscrew, and puncture a number of holes in the bottom of the K-Cup... verify there is a hole at the top... just before you start to brew... press down on the black arm over the cup... but not too hard...Lets see what happens... if it all looks good... no problems... then we need to either adjust the arm... or shim the k-Cup up a little bit...
you may also check the rubber Seal around the top pin that punctures the K-cup...
sounds like you lost your rubber seal around the top of the K-cup...
you can re-phrase after looking and testing....
