Question about HP Pavilion dv7-1130us Notebook PC
Notebook plugged in & not charging with new battery & suddenly shuts down. Or plugged in & the laptop doesn't recognize it's plugged in & the battery expires & shuts down
Laptop not charging
if you have a brand new battery and it is not charging, check the charger you may have to replace the plug on both sides, check the cables.
you can take the charger to a TV repair shop and tell them to check it and see if there is any juice (charge) coming out of it. that is a common problem with chargers, we trip over the cable or pull it out of the laptop by accident and it brakes little by little. if there is no charge coming out you can star by checking the jack you may have to cut it and have them check it again.
if you don't want to go trough the whole testing, just tell the TV repairman to fix it it should cost you about 30 bucks instead of 80 for a new original charger or find a chinese one on e-bay
if it works for you don't forget to rate me
