You need to have the cradle attached and then plug a mini usb cable into it and then tap yes when the option comes up on the gps screen

Find reset button on tomtom go 750

The reset is done by pressing and holding the On/Off button until you hear the drum sounds and the device restarts. This can take 30 seconds or more.

Hi i have downloaded free updates on my tom tom 750 but did not back it up could i get my maps back with out back them up ?

Most computers will copy things to a temporary file somewhere, just check through your system, maybe programs, tomtom, downloads etc,etc

I tried to update my tomtom go live 750 inthe mid of installation it says no enough space then i canceled after that my device shows on screen no maps found i bought the device end of december 2009, any...

In the Memory slot at the bottom of your TomTom (Go 750) insert a 4GB MicroSD memory card and download Europe 2GB from your TomTom update. It worked for me Good luck !!

Tom Tom Go 520 can not connect to PC.

I had the same problem with a 750.
I cured it (accidentally I must add) by inserting a memory card.
I guess the last time I connected and disconnected the 750 it had a memory card in and without one inserted it would not recognise the device.
Strange reason but worked for me.
