Phaser 7750DN Hello all I have a 7750 dn that sometimes makes noise right by the fuser. I replaced the transfer assembly(it was time to) and fuser and it still is noisy. It tends to go away when I press on the fuser door. Also this printer is dumping yellow toner ,it's like it doesn't know when the waste bottle is full. any help would be appreciated.

That noise is one of the rollers on the lower pinch rolls contacting the plastic frame or the door, unfer the 2nd BTR assembly.. It may not even be there when the machine isnt fully warmed up. There is a spacer kit you can install to create a gap between the roller and cover.
It could also be the clutches for duplex.
Not sure what to tell you with the bottle. Normally that is very accurate. The yellow toner is more likely comming from the yellow toner hopper. There is a fairly thin soft rubber cover over the auger that can slip off easily and leak on any of those toners. I would suspect that before the bottle detection. Full bottle detection is pretty finicky.

Install the Noise Cover Support Kit 655N102 which will prevent Left Cover warping.
    Instructions are attached.

NOTE: The kit supplies enough parts to repair 6 machines.

Squeaking noise emanating from the Fuser Assembly. Problem goes away by replacing the Fuser. In this case, the Fuser had run only 1/4 of its rated life.

    Cause:

Black idler rollers (4 rollers at the fuser exit area) are not rotating, or binding, or had fallen out of the brass spring brackets which hold them.

    Solution:

    Fixed! Did not fix.

End for end these idler rollers, clean with Film Remover, or exchange roller with another from a defective Fuser Assembly.

I have xerox phaser 7750 by mistake i bought 7760 yellow toner shall install it to 7750

Not yet, check with the supplier and ask if it is compatible with the 7750, if not then exchange the 7760 for a 7750 yellow toner cartridge. Once you open the cartridge the supplier will not exchange.

Waste tray is not being filled with left over wax. Printer is smearing ink.

Hello,

There are a few possible could cause this. First, the fuser assembly may be damaged or at the end of its life. The solution is to replace the fuser assembly. Repairing a fuser assembly is generally not recommended because the fuser is considered a consumable printer part and not worth the time or effort to fix. Second, the toner cartridge may be defective and letting too much toner out at one time. In a black-and-white laser printer, the solution is to replace the toner cartridge.

Take care.

Model 7750 paper stops in the fuser

Yep, there is a cluster on the upper back side of the right side door. They fail and you should just replace all the clutches at once.

Xerox 7750 - Jaming in fuser

Hi,

Solution 1: There is probably a very small piece of paper caught in the fuser, remove it from the machine if you can and try manually feeding paper through it.

Solution 2: Try different paper. The paper may be too weak to pass through the hot fuser, and this doesn't matter you are always using the same paper company, sometimes they change their suppliers.

Follow the link below and good luck.

Also check this link if there is a grinding noise as well as the jam.

Phaser 7750DN fan failure Error Code 48

Yep, the fuser fan is he one that fails. You can remove the top and rear covers and then carefully remove the shrouding and whatever else makes it easy to get at.
What you can do if you dont have a fan handy is, remove the silver label on the fan. Behind that label there is a black rubber cap over the bearing in the fan. You can flush that bearing out with alcohol several times and then use a very highly refined oil , to lubricate it. Just pretty much fill up that little hole around the bearing, put the rubber cap back on and then wipe it clean with alcohol and tape it back on.
If you need a fan, Go onto google. Type in ( the parts drop) not parenthesise.and call them, Ask for Britt, I dont work for them, but they are 100 percent professional and will charge you a fair price.
Cleaning and lubing will fix it about 60 percent of the time.

Xerox Phaser 7750 code 35

Somehow you jarred the fuser. Turn the machine off and reseat the fuser. Open the left side door, there will be 2 thumb screws.
Remove and reseat the fuser, if that doesnt work you have to replace the fuser.
