How it up to your computer with the usb cable, once recognized go to:

Start
Computer
Double Click on the Sansa
It will show memory usage and free of both internal memory and expansion card (if you have one in it)
If you double click on either one of the above it will show you the files

How to find internal storage on cyclone micro 3

There is a "Firmware" update to Cyclone micro 3 .This can be downloaded from Sumvision web site :-
http://www.sum-vision.co.uk/productinfo/micro3b/micro3b.asp
When downloaded copy the file on to a Memory stick or card and click the USB entry or memory card entry on the main menu, and the Cyclone will update itself .
There should now be an entry on the main menu for "internal storage"

Mp3 wont plug into com and connect :(

Once an MP3 is not recognized by the computer, the problem has something to do with the memory storage.

Reformatting the memory storage will not do any help, because the program would only be deleted. And the only way to reload the program is via the MP3 manufacturer itself.

I would suggest for you to contact the manufacturer and have them replace the memory and reprogram the device. They might upgrade the firmware of it.

Replacing the memory should not cost you too much.

Have a good day!

Computer not recognizing SD card as external storage/Creative Zen

Try going to the memory card option on the main menu, then go to 'Removable Storage', then the Zen should either tell you to connect a USB cord or insert a memory card. Try it, if not I dont know.

Cannot download anymore music

depending on how big the songs are say 4 mintues or longer this will determine how many songs will be allowed in the mp3 player
this was in your manual and front of box when purchased in detail about the length of music and not using scan disk
scandisk is a good way to ruin a mp3 player
scandisk is used to fix programs on a move able storage device (hard drive) with moving parts your mp3 is a microchip that stores info no moving parts reccomend a full format of mp3 and reapply your songs

MicroSD upgrade

You can add more storage memory for your device by using microSD cards. You can plug the microSD card into the slot provided on the player and then store your files on the card. If you had a 1GB player and added a 1GB card you've effectively doubled your memory. That's probably the memory upgrade you're thinking about.
