I assume you are talking about the canon 730i not 7301 but all the same www.precisionroller.com is a decent site for most printer supplies. Here is a direct link http://www.precisionroller.com/fuser-assemblies---units-for-canon-laser-class-730i/products.html

The fuser assembly upper roller is actually a thin film. The fixing film is probably torn and needs to be replaced. Very common problem on that model.

you have what they call a Fuser Film Rotation Problem. Check that the Fuser Assembley. That is the area where the heat rollers are. There is a Film in the Fuser that may be bad and needs to be replace. Call a qualified Canon Copier repair service. jaime

Cannon copier/fax is crinkling outcoming paper

Although you did not mention the model of the machine, it sounds like you have a torn fuser film. Needs the fuser rebuilt or replaced.

Error code E00003-0000

The film (plastic) film is probably torn from a piece of paper that got jammed between the upper and lower section causing an overtemp lockout condition.
1. Remove left paper door.
2. Remove conector rear plastic(black) and fuser shields(2) screws holding fuser cover shield and unplug (3)connectors,2on the rear and a small one on the front lower right of fuser unit
3. Remove (2) assemlbly mounting screws one at rear and one
on the front sides.
4. remove unit and purchase new complete unit from cannon
5.Installed new fuser by reversing above steps.
