Unable to Install Red Hat Linux Ent...

I have Acer Aspire 4720 with Vista Basic Pre Installed.

I have installed Linux on other Partition by boot linux all-generic-hed noapic nolapic

everything gone fine finally when i rebooted Linux is giving errors : are followings screen
