Question about Nokia 6790 Surge Cell Phone
Bought my Nokia Surge 6790 from an AT & T store about 2 months ago - worked great until last night. Received a call and talked about 15 minutes. Put phone down and about 30 minutes later went to make a phone call and the screen was all pixelated and unreadable. Turned it off and tried turning it back on - didn't solve problem. Took back to AT & T store and they are saying it is "classic symptom of pressure on the screen or being dropped" and won't cover it under the warranty. I did not drop it and when I carry it it is in a hard case in a pocket of my purse. Is this a common problem with Nokia - and is there a fix for it?
the problem with your phone is flex, you will need to change the flex on your phone before the screen can display back.
The problem is common to all slide phone, so it is not only nokia.
Change the flex on your phone screen and your phone will display.
