user manual. above, above that is the Kleenmaid web site.
Kleenmaid has a 10 year warranty, PARTS & LABOR ! so in my professional opinion, you shouldn't repair it yourself, you simply need to call them and make an appointment for a FREE parts & labor. Of course, IF it is OVER 10 years old, then maybe you may wish to try.

have a look, copy/paste at that link above, it is the guarantee site.

I have also included the below "Fix" this may or may NOT have anything to do with your problem however, you would be amazed just how many problems are sorted, with the doing of the "Remedy"...

Ok so your dishwasher won't do anything... it justs sits there and "Hums" you can't make it respond to any controls, and the ONLY way to Stop it. is to unplug the unit, replugging back in it simply "Hums" again and will do nothing.
Now this happens because, the STOP Button, is pressed and the "Door Opened", during the Wash Cycle. This should NOT be done. You shouldNEVER TURN IT OFF MID-CYCLE. you should instead, Simply, pull on the handle, to Open the door, the system will take care of everything, after, you close it,and pick up where it left off. The turning OFF, makes the machine "Think" that a New Cycle, is going to be done, before the old one is finished, and resets itself to do it all again. But it still has water, that's not meant to be there so it must dump it out.
Now, the FIX. Take the Dishwasher, out, and tip over on it's side, tip to about a 45' angle. Water will come out from underneath, this is from a small "Overflow" reservoir. this reservoir has an "Anti-Flood" switch. The removing of this water will "Reset" this Switch, and allow the dishwasher to work again.
So what happens, is this, when the STOP button is pressed Mid-Cycle, the machine must "Dump" whatever water is still in the machine, into the "Overflow Reservoir". This water then causes the Anti-flood switch to jam, and this stops the machine, until it is reset,by the above method.

Hi my F &P dishdrawer unit (DD603) won't drain

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

Kleenmaid DW3 dishwasher not running.

HI,

If there's no water entering your dishwasher, check these:

Water-inlet valve
Float switch
Water-inlet valve The water-inlet valve lets water enter the machine. If this valve is defective, you need to completely replace it. It's usually located behind the lower access panel on the left or right side. It's the device with the main water line (usually copper) from the house, a rubber tube to the dishwasher, and two wires attached to it.

Float switch The float switch is a small electrical switch that's located right below the dishwasher "floor." Above the switch, on the inside of the dishwasher, is a plastic cylinder that floats up as water fills the dishwasher. If this switch is defective, or if the plastic float gets caught or trapped in the raised position, the water can't enter the dishwasher. If the float switch is defective, you need to replace it.

After commencing a programme my Hotpoint BF71 dishwasher takes in water but overfills, filling the whole of the tub nearly to door level. The waste pump starts for a short burst and then more water comes...

Check for a float switch that senses the water level. It may have two level sense of filled and overfill the latter would trigger the waste pump to avoid a flood. If the filled switch has failed, that could cause the problem. The waste pump MAY also be triggered on the basis of the filling taking too much time before the filled switch actuates... if it has failed, the time would be exceeded.

My Kleenmaid dishwasher is stopping during the cycle and displaying fault D14, what does this mean

This is a Pump Filling Fault.
As described in your manual to download below. Could be the pump, the controller, the door sensor, a float switch stuck.

Below is a DIY self help site to assist you to isolate and hopefully repair your issue. If you do wish to DIY, then you MUST obtain a service manual for your exact make and model, simply Google for one. Follow troubleshooting steps inside to find the problem.
Sometime under the inspection hatch, you may find a maintenance manual, in a plastic bag, not always though.

If you don't wish to DIY, then please call a professional, ask for a "Quote" and go from there.

Dishwasher has water in bottom,is this normal?

No. There should be no water once the dishwasher cycle is completed. Water indicates a problem, often some debris stuck in the waste water pump at the base of the machine. Remove the lower front panel to get access to it. Joe

Frigidaire Dishwasher, pumps water in and out; no pressure in spray arms; arms are not clogged. What to do? Rough budget?

DOES IT PUMP WATER IN AND THEN BACK OUT? IF SO THEN THE SOLENOID ON THE DISHWASHER THAT CONTROLS THE DIRECTION OF WATER PUMP IS STUCK IN THE DUMP MODE.

Does not empty waste water

Couple things to look for when water doesn't pump is first check the drain screen and drain hose for any debris. These machines are touchy when it comes to drains. Second, check pump for jammes or clogs, If clear, check power to the pump wires to see if they are getting power in drain mode. If not, then control board could be faulty.

Not draining water

The most common problem is that there is a chunk of debris stuck in the small pump that feeds waste water into the rubber hose drain line. Remove the lower front panel on the dishwasher to get to the drain pump. Take it all apart and take a look. Remove the debris and reassemble everytning

if this machine uses an electrical-mechanical timer with cam switches, the try oiling the shaft bushings both for the timer motor and cams-the timer may be getting stuck because of dry or corroded bushings
