How did you clean the filters? I run mine through the dishwasher by themselves and it works pretty good. The tops and bottoms of the filters near the edges need to be wiped pretty clean.
Exactly the same thing happened to me. I get ** response from the unit. I may need to get it serviced from a local electrician as Brookstone is **t helping me.
