Question about GE Profile JK915 Electric Single Oven

When my GE wall oven is in the middle of heating up, I get an F3 edit and the oven keeps beeping. I turned it off and then turned it on again and it seems to be heating again. What part should I look to replace?

Wall oven flashing f3 and beeping

Use a ohm meter to test the sensor, it should read about 1100 ohms at room temperature, if so, then your oven sensor is good.
If your oven sensor tests good, then your control board would need to be replaced.

Shortly after pressing the Bake button it starts beeping and F3 shows on screen. In the past, it would do this a couple times and then begin to heat and be fine. Othertimes, it would just stop cooking in...

F3 error code is telling you the oven temperature sensor has failed on the oven. You can access the oven sensor from inside the oven. The sensor is a stainless steel probe about 1/4 inch in diameter and several inches long. Disconnect the power to the oven and remove the screws that secure the probe to the rear oven wall and you can usually pull it into the oven.

On my GE jkp27w0w2ww i keep having F5 and F3 appear almost everytime i cook. I turn off the oven when it happens and then turn it back on and it usually happens again. Is there something I can do, and what...

F3 is usually an oven temp sensor. Replace the sensor. (pencil shapped probe at back top inside oven) It usually can be replaced from inside the oven by gently coaxing the plastic connector through the hole behind the sensor. Sometimes, it is only the plastic plug connecting the sensor. A possible bad connection can be eliminated by usings ceramic (high heat) twist wire connectors to make better connections.

F3 code

It's your oven temperature sensor. It's a thin metal stick that juts into the oven. It is located on the upper right back wall of the oven cavity. Flip your breaker, slide out the oven. You install it from the back, very simple, two screws, i think. I'm a beginner at DIY and had no problem fixing it.
