Question about NEC Dterm DTP 16D-1 Corded Phone
WE have a NEC Dterm 80 phone system with 5 lines. Someone used our phone and now we cant hear the phone ring at all. We do not have manuals due to the phones being here since 2003. What button would we hit or is this something that needs to be fixed within the system on the wall?

Call your phone from another phone. Don't answer it. Press you volume up/down button. Up makes the ring louder and down makes the ring softer. I bet someone turned you ring volume down. Once it is set it stays there. God Bless. Jerry
