Question about Compaq Computers & Internet
Please first check the CD Drive is disabled or not in the device manager. To do that:
- Open the Device Manager (Right click on My Computer. Select System, Device Manager) or you can access using Control Panel, System, Device Manager)
- Find CD Drivers whether it is disabled or not. If disabled, right click on it and make enable.
If you can not see there, it may have been disconnected.
- If it is not there, from the control panel, using Add Hardware wizard you can find and add your CD drives back.
If it is not a hardware problem it works.
Hope this helps.
