Hi shanejb. Rebooting wont solve the problem, you have to right click on the My Computer icon and click on Properties. Then hardware and then device manager. Probably on the list you will find the wireless adapter, the sound card (or called Multimedia something) with an exclamation mark. That means that you need to download the drivers. Go to the manufacturer;s website and under support or download drivers choose your specific model and look for the drivers that you need. I hope this helps
