How can be sure that the power supply is ok? How many watts is the power supply and what CPU do you use? In most of the cases with problems like this the fault is at the small or faulty power supply. It starts up the motherboard but it can not provide the requested power to keep the on state. If the problem is at the memory you should hear beeps.
Just for a change, disconnect all the hard disk drives and the cd/dvd roms and try to start up. If the motherboard keeps working it's the power supply for sure faulty.

In case of a problem or clarification, don't hesitate to post me a reply.

Is it the motherboard that is shutting down? Or is it the power supply cutting out? Disconnect the power supply from the board and with a DC Volt meter check that the output voltage is constant, if not change it.

Check all the voltages before and after the tv shuts down. If they don't change then the power supply board is ok. Look to the main board because that's what actually turns the tv off

When I turn my television on it auto turn off after a few seconds. The light starts to blink when I first turn the tv on and then the Tv just shuts off on its own.

Hello Sir, hi, you have power supply problems, this is caused by a bad part on the main board or on the power supply board to overload, when overload happens, the power supply immediately shuts down to prevent further damage. my first advice is call your dealer for proper service.

Hi, i have a problem with my lg 32" ld350 tv..it

Hello.
This is a thermo-related issue. It happens when some parts in your TV reach certain temperature and fail creating short so TV shuts down and goes into protection mode.
In your TV the only thing that you can do is to replace Power Supply and hope it would help. Main board generally has nothing to do with temperature. Another probability - LCD panel itself (more likely back light inverter boards that are part of the panel, you can't order them separately).
There is inexpensive way to determine if it is power supply or not. You have to purchase fast-cooling spray that technicians use for diagnostic purposes (you can buy one in electronics components store).
You have remove TV rear cover so you have access to power supply board (the one where power cord goes). Turn on TV and let it run and eventually shut down. After that unplug it from wall outlet and use spray to cool down power supply board. Make sure you don't spray too much or you cooling anything else besides that board!. Let residue evaporate and plug TV back and try to turn it on. If it act OK and stays on for long time again - replace power supply and you should be OK.
Otherwise it is time for new TV. Panel is too expensive to replace.
Regards.
Russ.
