What exactly happens.
is there anything at all on screen
how many beeps are there
beeps indicate hardware malfunction or generally not connected properly.
remove hard drive and replace properly.
remove mem, check for dust, debris , clean and replace.
could be a lot of things but these are the most likely.if no joy let me know

There are different types of beep called POST beeps.
This informs that what the problem is on booting the system.

As per your concern I think it will be along beep 3-4 seconds long, and continued again and again, if this is your case then your RAM might be faulty or it is not connected properly.

To fixed the problem, re-connect your RAM and try,you should also try to boot with another RAM.

Thanks
Iqbal

My aver laptop will not turn on.

If it does not make any sounds at all, make sure it's plugged in. If the battery is past it's usable life, if it's not plugged in, it will not boot. If it's making any beeping noises, contact Acer to help.

I have a beeping noise on my computer.

Beeping noises are very common. The problem is that beeping is so common that it could really be any number of things. Is the beep happening when you try to turn the computer on? Does it get all the way to Windows? How many beeps, short or long? Please be as descriptive as possible.

I have a hp pavilion dv9094ea laptop....it beeps a memory beep noise but i changed the memory but to no avail...i checked the processor in another system its working...the same thing happened to my gateway...

even though it beeps it might not be the memory the specs show this is a lower end motherboard and the board itself could be the problem hp pav. 9000 series are known for this.

Power pack beeping, no lights turning on

Unfortunately your laptop is suffering from hardware failure. You may try removing the battery and using only the power cord.If this solves the problem then you either have a defective battery or bad power circuitry on your laptop. Aside from that if its still under warranty sending it to Toshiba for repairs will be your safest and cheapest option.

I don't know if I can solve this here. But the beeping noise is your pc trying to tell you what is wrong with it. Somewhere there are pc beep codes. http://www.pcstats.com/articleview.cfm?articleID=1223 If these can't help you just put "computer beep codes" into google. Here they are:
Beep Code: Description of Problem: No Beeps Short, No power, Bad CPU/MB, Loose Peripherals One Beep Everything is normal and Computer POSTed fine Two Beeps POST/CMOS Error One Long Beep, One Short Beep Motherboard Problem One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps Video Problem One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps Video Problem Three Long Beeps Keyboard Error Repeated Long Beeps Memory Error Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps CPU Overheating
