Where exactly is the location of the fuse? The power board? Also which fuse is it? The main fuse or the one near the IC regulators and protector?

The main fuse blowing is an indication that there are power surges in your area. Use a surge protector or voltage stabilizer to solve this problem or both if the problem is severe.

You more than likely heard a pop noise when this failed, the infamous pop of death when the Y sustain module fails. First check the various fuses located on the Y and X sustain modules. If a fuse is open you have lost the large IC on either PC board. These boards are located left side 3 module and far right side module with ribbon cables attaching to display panel. This can be a complicated repair due to one of the buffer modules failing, The Y sustain will be identifies by Samsung drawing number LJ92-01200A, The Buffers are LJ-92-01202A, LJ92-01203A. This is most likely a job for a pro because 1 of or all 3 modules can be at fault. Some services on e-bay for these modules offer rebuilding the Y-main module and also testing the Y-buffers. If you want to DIY this TV this would be the best Idea, send three boards to a rebuilder on E-bay.

Panasonic 3 blink error 50pfp5332D/37

First off, 50PFP5332 is not Panasonic, but Philips.

Second, what I would do is this: open the TV by taking off the back cover (that's lots of screws to unscrew) and try to powering it on again.

There is a little green LED on a small board sitting at the lower right corner of the power board (see image in the listing below).

Look at that light when the TV comes on and see if it starts blinking or if it stays solid.

if it blinks you *likely* (not surely) have a problem with the power board.

if not then you can start looking elsewhere and the Y-Main board will be my first fact you can also try disconnecting the Y-Main board from the power to see if that will make difference in the startup behavior of the TV.

That's as much time as I can allocate you at no cost.

For more use .

Oh, and the listing for the power board repair:

Philips 50'' Plasma TV model 50pfp5332D/37 GREEN BLINKING ON LOGIC BOARD

Main digital processor IC on the board has damaged. It is not a replaceable part, as normal soldering techniques cannot be applied to de-solder it out from the board, or to solder a new one in place. Card base replacement should be done.

No sound opened component two blown fuses

Fuses blow when there's an overload. This is often caused by faulty speaker wiring. But the main problem you have will be that the main power amp will have failed. You will find this on a big heat sink. It could be transistors, or a power amp IC, picture below of what that could look like.
