Question about Garden
The carborator is stuck open. The needle valve is leaking. Get a rebuild kit and rebuild it. Or since your gonna do that. Try and take it apart yourself, real easy so you dont rip the gaskets when you take it apart. Or better yet, take it off. The set screws are 1 1/4 turns out. Check them by tightning them up and counting. Then open em up few turns. Shake it around and blow through the fuel barbs with canned air. Make sure you hold the butterfly valve open like giving it gas. Then tap it against your hand blow out some more. Maybee you get the little varnish like stuff out of it and it start back shutting the gas off? Put together, Tighten both set screws all way in. Then back out 1 1/4 turns. Dry sqark plug with tourch. Put it in start it up. Then after it warm up run good. Final adjust the screws 1/8 turn in to make it run good.
