There is only one cause of action here, either take it to a repair shop or try to fix it yourself. The fault is not anything that anyone on here could point to, due to the nature of the accident. You need to look inside and see what damage the impact did. It will be fairly obvious. If you decide to look inside rather than send it to be repaired, once you have seen the damaged parts, I am certain people on Fixya might be able to tell you where new ones can be got.
