The red light is on that says "control Locked"

if you look at the console you should see a button with a lock next to it and it should tell you told hold the button in for three second to lock it and hold it for three seconds to take it out

This might work try unplugging it for about 45 -60 seconds and see if it clears the problem. The red light is some type of warning and I would be safe in saying it is a safety device gone bad. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

Hold the button by the red light in until it goes out. This will unlock the controls.

To unlock the controls Select and hold END OF CYCLE SIGNAL for 3 seconds until the CONTROL LOCKED Status light turns off.

The control is locked and you can unlock it by pressing and holding the End of Cycle button for 3 seconds or until the Control Locked indicator turns off. Unplug the machine for at least 30 minutes to forcibly reset the control and eliminate the possibility of an electronic glitch if the End of Cycle button does not unlock it. Replace the control if unplugging and the End of Cycle button fails to unlock it.

Press any of the buttons on the control panel to see if the buttons are operational or check to see if the "Control Locked" indicator light is lit. If the control panel is operational, you may mistakenly lock the door.

Press and hold the "End of Cycle Signal" button for approximately three seconds until the "Control Locked" indicator light shuts off.

Hello,To turn off the control light... select and hold the End of Cycle signal for 3 seconds. It will turn off and the machine will work properly!
