The little silver button on the side of the headset is how you answer calls when using the headset, when you get a call just press the button, this is also how you hang up

Hi once the call is ringing in its hunt group at another extension there is no other way to retrieve that call , as the call already has visited your extension and is now on its way to another extension

go to desk > media > voice rec.

There is nothing wrong with your phone. The person or persons calling you are doing a voice call.

Voice call basically pages the phone, to talk to you.

If you want to diasble this, you would need to take that button off the phones. There are other ways, but they involve more programming.

What model phone are you talking on? The manuals will not do you any good if you dont know what system it is.

There is not a programmable mute function on this phone so unless it is broke you should just have to push in the speaker button to answer the phone or push it and hang up to activate the speaker function. Hope this helps you.
