Either the tuner or the video IF stage circuit of your TV is faulty. Tuner has no repair, can be replaced as a unit. If the fault is with video IF stage, it can be repaired. But, both the work is skilled one. You must have through knowledge in electronics, and work experience to do this work.

My Technics SU A700 mk2, doesn't have any signal in right channel. During (i am first owner)time I noticed that I had that right channel performance reduced arround 15% compared with the left one. ...

Have you tried cross-plugging the speaker cables (i.e. swapping left and right channels) to be absolutely sure it is the amp ? I have a speaker that needs a fair amount of volume to wake it up, but after that performs well.

Not familiar with your model, but the problem sounds generic. I am guessing your set is hooked to a cable tv box, and that is where you need to change channels. I also guess that when you changed channels on your TV you probably moved from channel 3 to either channel 2 or 4 and the cable tv box is not sending to those channels so you lose picture and sound. Now, more guessing, you try to put the channel back to 3 on your TV, but still nothing happens. OK, if close so far, there are a couple of things to try. First, be really sure you are actually going back to the same channel you started with. Assuming you don't actually have the signal coming in on an auxiliary line-in and that you had it coming in on a channel, you may need to reset the presets on the television so that it recognizes the one important channel the cable tv box is sending out -- just follow your television menu to select or set channels. There is one more possible easy problem ... I have seen this one happen, after getting the channel correct and reset, if it still doesn't work, you mght need to turn the set off and wait one minute, then turn it back on WHILE the cable box is ON. This can cause the set to RE-Latch onto the cable box signal. It really doesn't sound like something is truly broken or needs replacement, sounds more like a user error. If your set is still under warranty, just call the Panasonic hotline (find it in Google, and they may be able to walk you through exact instructions for your model). Hope this helps.

I have not received a diagram of my stylus wiring. none of the sites that was recommended have helped. do you know the purpose of each color of the four wires?

One is earth for the right, one is earth for the left, one is right channel and the other is left.
You don't need to know the colours to find the left and right channels. Just connect the turntable to the amp switch on. Then with your finger touch each wire one at a time. One will buzz on the left the other will buzz on the right. You might even get a slight buzz from the two earths.
The cartridge might have the left or right channels marked so you can connect them, but if it doesn't just connect the left to one side and the right to the other, then do the same with the earths. try it out, if the channels are the wrong way round change them, if the sound doesn't sound right change them again and again till it sounds right. You won't damage the amp or cartridge from doing this. Unless it's some kind of static effected cartridge!

Channel dial only works one way going down channels and will not go up any ideas how i can get this working please

that is an odd issue. each slot on the dial is a specific freq. meaning theyRAM h spot the non clicks I to is always going to be that channel. the channel selector sounds like it is bad. you can try contact cleaner on the selector knob. if that doesn't fix it you need to replace it.
