Check and make sure the blade is spinning true and at a constant 90 degrees. Raise the blade all the way up, slowly rotate (make sure it's unplugged) the blade by hand and check near the outer rim. It would be best to use a Peacock Dial Guage (quick search on Google will show you what it looks like) but in a pinch, use a ball-point pen. If you use a pen, make sure you keep it at the same spot on the bench. The ink and the feel of the pen will tell you if its rotating evenly.

Husky doesn't want you to repair your tool. The factory doesn't have parts for the grinder. You must purchase the whole grinder unit. The cost is around $129.00. Not worth it - save yourself some grief and buy a harbor freight special. Its no worse than the 750L or the 950L. Or if you us this for your business, then spend the extra money and buy a MK Diamond brand saw.
