Well its probably because you have to pay extra for pic messages and internet access

It is due to the mms service on the phone not being programmed right. it will need to be reflashed unless you have the software to do it your self. I would suggest not taking to the same person who did it first.

Are you also having issues with your internet access on your device. I would contact your service provider. It maybe that there is a permission that has been changed and they would be the ones that would be able to change this.
